Local Real Estate and Property Management Group is recognized for Excellence

(Virginia Beach, VA) – October 18, 2009: Signature Management Corp. proudly announces that it has again been honored for excellence by local and national industry groups. The U.S. Commerce Association, The Daily Press, The Peninsula Apartment Council and the Tidewater Builders Association have each honored Signature. The local trade associations have awarded Signature honors for each and every apartment community managed by Signature in their respective award categories.

Archers Green (Norfolk):

The Tidewater Multifamily Housing Council has awarded Archer’s Green the “2009 Renaissance Award for Excellence for Apartment Properties developed before 1960.” This award is especially gratifying because it comes 18 years after its renovation won it the “Governor’s Housing Achievement Award”, and recognizes Signature’s strategy of long-term value creation.
